The certificate proves that you have non-discriminatory processes in your recruitment and is valid for 36 months. The aim of the certificate is to ensure the quality of organisations that actively work with recruitment, whether it is internal to the company or externally to clients.
Unfortunately, there are many organisations whose employees or processes discriminate. The Institute of Recruitment wants to showcase organisations that do it right and flag the companies that do it wrong.
Our goal is to regulate the recruitment industry, in line with the UN’s agenda 2030; aiming to reduce inequality, increase equality and promote inclusion.
