Analysis and assessment
After the data collection, our review committee makes an overall assessment based on our validated protocol. In the assessment, our committee considers the entire recruitment cycle and function. This will include the level of competence of recruiters, the treatment of candidates, the interview process, and any assessment models used.

Certification
The certificate is issued to organisations that meet The Institute of Recruitment’s minimum requirements regarding discrimination and evidence-based recruitment. The certificate is a quality assurance which validates that the companies who have obtained it have non-discriminatory and objective recruitment processes. The certificate is issued physically and digitally.
